At MandaTori, we take pride in offering exclusive products with care, elegance, and intention. Due to the nature of our digital and custom products, all those sales are final.

Digital Products:

Once a digital file is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check product descriptions and compatibility before purchasing.

Physical Products (Prints, Apparel, Candles, etc.):

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
